On level 3-3B go about 1/2 way through until 2 rats follow you. Jump on top of them onto 2 bricks. From there jump up, automatically warps you to level 6-4. -Extra Men : If you're at least 5 block lengths away from a lamp post, jump while kicking and hit the post perfectly. Don't worry if it doesn't work the first time, takes practice.
