Travel back 72 hours (only works on 3rd day):

On the third day, play the song of time and you will fall back to the first
day. You will be asked to save, say yes and you will travel back. If done
correctly, the screen will say 72 hours, 3 days remaining. This is good if
you are running out of time and you are too far away from the clock tower
Slow down time with normal movement:

Play the folowing song on your ocarina. "C-down, A, C-right, C-down, A, C-right"
You will now be able to move freely without slow motion keeping Link down.
Flower Jump Secret:

As the Deku Scrub, you will have limited powers of flight. To use them, stand on a
Deku flower, then make sure you press and hold the A button. Once you've dug yourself
into the flower's bud, and a huge cloud of pollen pops out, release the A button to rocket
into the air and hover with your petal propellers. If you hit B while in midair,
you can drop Deku Nut bombs.
