Well, here's the reason why.: Try typing in "MJ27" for the level code, then press "A". Did the game black out and go back to the begining screen? Right. I knew it would. Now start the game. Did you see that cool black guy standing parallel to you? Guess what -- that's Michael Jordan ("MJ 27" (his number)). Now you have a partner to help you play the game. [The code works, I've tried it.
